Kent Estate Agency currently has 50+ Customers on our listings who opt to use our property maintenance and key holding service.

Basic key holding service £300.00 per year consists of:

•  Key holding service

•  Help in Purchasing household goods

•  Payment of all utility bills

•  Minor and emergency property  repairs (the additional cost of repair work will be added)

•  Arrange insurance for building, contents and earthquake cover

•  Property inspection on request (1 week notice required)

Property Management £400.00 per year consists of:

• Regular property inspections, security checks and written reports.

• Free advertising of rental properties on our website.

• We arrange the following services below how ever extra cost will be incurred: -
   

  • Cleaners

  • Airport transfers

  • General garden and pool maintenance

  • Opening and closing of property at the beginning and end of season

  • Technical supports and work supervision

  • Medical and legal advice and support

Kent Estate Agency can also arrange renovation work, reconstruction, decorating, maintenance or building from scratch.
