For anyone looking for real privacy in wonderful rural surroundings the Loryma peninsula is a delight. The coastline has many small bays & inlets  and is scattered with a host of tiny offshore islands. In the village of Selimiye, a mosque sits at the water’s edge, and houses and fields fringe a perfect, almost land locked bay. Traditionally, the locals have made their living from fishing, farming and boat building, and these activities still govern the rhythm of life in the village.

Selimiye Village is 40 km. south of Marmaris and is a 2 hour drive from the Dalaman Int. Airport. Buses to Bozburun also stop at Selimiye & taxis and minibus services are available from Marmaris.
