Recent tax documentation i.e. Audited books, copy of self assessment accepted by the inland revenue and subsequent payment/refund.

A guarantors letter (Accountant or Solicitor)

All Applicants:

1 years most recent bank statements.

If you have a declared income on property rental - A copy of the title deed for the relevant property

If you have a declared income on investments - A list of relevant investments
